Grace Groundworks were found to be professional and efficient. I instructed Grace Groundworks to reinstate concrete parking bays and provide groundworks for new gates. The job was tough due to the site being "active" (vehicles constantly coming and going) but the team set up and maintained a traffic management solution which kept the business running. All communication was dealt with promptly and Liam was always incredibly helpful. The finished car park bays are perfect, and we are now able to utilise the space more efficiently.

Grace Groundworks recently completed the Groundworks package on an industrial project we subcontracted to them which included 670m2 power float finished raft foundation. As well as 1300m2 of concrete finishing works to the lorry park.
They were very professional from start to finish and there work was to the highest standard! We Will definitely be utilising there services for up coming projects next year.

Grace Groundworks recently repaired/replaced over 20m of collapsed Drainage at my Yard.
They also repaired 3 cracked and breaking-up concrete Bays. I Will definitely be using them again couldn’t recommend enough. Fast friendly polite and very tidy.

Fantastic Team. They did an exceptional job I can't recommend them enough. They restored our large natural pond in just two days. The old pond was lost under piles of rubbish and builders waste. They discovered the old boundaries and carefully restored it, Removing about 100 tonnes of silt and rubbish. And fitted a custom made Chesnut fence. Well done all of you

Good quality work at a fair price. Prompt and adaptedable when looking for a solution to an unforeseeable issue that arose during the work. Friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend and use again. Update 2026 really responsive and helpful in when was trying to
complete a retrospective building control application providing photos of the initial work which will hopefully save a lot of bother down the road

Many thanks to Liam and his team for a great job replacing a failed soakaway plus pipework and installing new ACO channel drains at my Mother in law's property recently. From the rapid response to my initial enquiry, site visit and quotation to a quick lead time to complete the work Liam made the whole process very easy. The inspection chamber on my waste pipe leaving the house was badly cracked causing the likelihood of soil entering and causing a blockage. Liam arranged for this to be replaced. The work was carried out quickly, with minimal inconvenience and finished to a high standard. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Grace Groundworks and Construction.

After years of struggling with a persistent land drainage issue — and being let down by contractors who either weren't interested or made half-hearted attempts and never returned — Liam and team at Grace Groundworks & Construction Ltd were an absolute breath of fresh air.
From the outset, they suggested a clear, sensible solution and got things moving quickly, arranging plant hire and excavation without delay. The work was carried out to a brilliant standard and has completely resolved the drainage problem that's plagued us for years.
On top of that, they kindly accommodated a last-minute tweak I requested — at no extra charge. That kind of flexibility and goodwill is rare these days.
Cannot recommend Liam and the team highly enough. If you've got groundworks or drainage issues, look no further.

I had the Grace Ground Works team instructed to complete all below ground works on my side extension.
From the outset they were punctual, clean, tidy and brilliant engagement with my neighbours and Building Control during the course of their works.
The standard of the work was extremely high. Leading me to offer sub contracted work to them on London based projects that I run.
I could not recommend them highly enough.

Liam and Tel and the rest of the Grace Groundworks gang completed some great work for us at our site preparing stainless steel drainage and a reinforced slab for our new 20 tonne steam boiler plant.
Very helpful and accommodating when we asked for some additional works removing a large unstable wall.
Highly recommend Grace Groundworks, very polite and professional.

No job too big for liam ,always there on time and punctual ! A very can do attitude and will always discuss options to get you the best job at a reasonablen price . We have used grace ground works services for over 2 years and will continue to use then for the foreseeable future .

The ongoing concrete yard replacement/repairs have been a big job, and tackling it section by section has been a great way to minimise disruption while ensuring each reinforced concrete bay is done properly — from breaking out the old cracked slabs to reinstating with fresh C40 concrete and mesh reinforcement. Grace Groundworks have now completed two projects for us: firstly, a drain repair at my mother’s house and then landscaping the garden at my house. Company owner Liam Fell is clearly dedicated to customer-service, highly skilled, professional in his approach and a thoroughly decent guy. He was very communicative throughout both projects and, with the garden landscaping in particular, was happy to spend time discussing the finer details to give me exactly the result I wanted. Regarding the drain repair, Liam and one of his employees worked tirelessly on a very hot day, and did a very neat, professional job of replacing the broken drain, and re-tarmacking part of the driveway. The garden landscaping involved a new patio, lawn and fencing (the fencing was partly all-new and partly new panels in existing concrete posts, as I requested). I am extremely pleased with quality of the materials and workmanship, and the overall finished result. Liam is a bit of a perfectionist and he paid particular attention to getting the drainage of the patio correct to protect the walls of the house and garage. At the end of the project, everything was cleaned and tidied, and the site was left immaculate. I would very highly recommend Grace Groundworks.

Knowledgable. Professional. Personable. If you need ground work done, you can trust the family-owned Grace Groundworks to get the job done right.
Liam and Terry have done a fair bit of work for us, from installing French drains around our house, a land drain along the boundary, a number of soak away installations and a new installation of a sewage treatment plant.
They organise all of the details including deliveries, equipment and materials. They make the whole process very hassle-free for the customer. and as an added bonus we’re lovely to our kids and dog!
They have made good our patio which had to be lifted up for heavy machinery, and even did a few extras while they were with us.
